If you are having trouble accessing your partner account please provide us with:

  • The username you are entering
  • The email address registered to the account
  • A copy of any error messages or any error screens you are seeing (full-screen screenshots are preferable)
Paythru will never ask for your full or partial password, and will not send you a new password.

Paythru Password Lifetime

The password expires after 90 days. You must renew you password before the expiration date. To make it easier for you, we show a warning message from 30 days before the expiration day.

If you do not change your password within 90 days, your account will be suspended and you will need to contact us via email at techsupport@paythru.com to reactive your account.

 

Account security

After 4 unsuccessful login attempts we will suspend your account for 24hrs.

If you cannot remember your password, please use the "Reset your password" link on the login screen.

The password should be changed if you have any reason to suspect the account has been compromised, or if anyone that knows the password leaves your organization.
